nope they actually are. Used to use an ink containing phosphorus so you hardly saw them due to health hazards but now it appears as if there are inks out that no longer use that.

yeah they are real i've been looking for a local parlor the has this ink any one in N.C. msg me if u know a parlor that has this ink

In most of these pictures you can tell they are using a black light. They're not even glow in the dark.
Another Disclaimer
I found these pictures sitting in the My Documents folder in my computer. I have no idea how they got there or where they came from. It must have been a too much tequila not enough rational thinking kind of night. If one or more of them belongs to you and you don't want them here - I'll be happy to remove them.
